By ordering from us, you agree to the following refund/reship policies:

We DO NOT offer refunds/reships if you wrote the address wrong (e.g. Wrong street name, number, or postcode). We simply copy and paste whatever address you gives us so write it correct. If we make a mistake with the address, then we will be happy to either fully refund or reship.

If your parcel is seized or lost by Auspost then we are happy to refund/reship at a 25% discount of the original order. Any other cases (e.g. Not receiving it despite tracking ID saying delivered, unsatisfied by our product, incorrect/underweight order) we will decide at our own discretion on a CASE BY CASE basis of whether to give a refund/reship or not.

Contact us about the status of your parcel if it has not arrived to you after 10 business days of us accepting your order. We will inform you whether it is on the way (and the estimated time for it) or whether it has been lost/seized. If you post any negative review before privately contacting us, you will receive NO SUPPORT.

If the product is incorrect/underweight, take pictures of the original package on a scale as it arrives and message us. We will then provide further instructions and try to privately resolve the issue with you so that we can either give a refund/reship. If you post a negative review or dispute before trying to contact us, we will provide NO SUPPORT.

  Answer: We can combine multiple orders into one package so that all of your products are delivered at the same time. If multuiple products have shipping charges, please just send us a message describing which products you are interested in and we will create a custom listing for you.

2. Question: Do you grow your listed strains?
  Answer: We do not grow our listed strains ourselves. However, we are closely partnered with the farms to ensure that the product we sell are of high quality; our policy is that if we feel comfortable using the products ourselves, then we would be happy to sell it.

3. Question: If I order a LB, or more can I mix and match the strains?
  Answer: Yes you can. Please request your strain preferences in the message after placing your order.

4. Question: Do you ship outside of Australia?
  Answer: No, we exclusively ship from and to Australia.
 
5. Question: Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?
  Answer: Yes, but we are not responsible if you do not pick it up and it gets shipped to the return address.

  Answer: We ship using Auspost. Shipping times will usually range from 2-3 business days for EXPRESS and 4-6 for STANDARD from the time your order has been marked as shipped.

14. My order has been rejected. Why?
  Answer: The most common case would be that we reached our maximum amount of orders we can possibly do in one day. If your order was rejected, please reorder the next day or contact us and we will inform you of why your order was rejected.
