As for the what if senerios that are a feature on this site for the listings. We have lost almost no packages inside the US. internationally we have developed a method that allows us to ship with minimal loss. But depending on the situation we will reship or refund. If you miss the package and it was attempted to be delivered no refund, because now that package is not only lost but it is not going back to me it is going someplace where it will mess up my shipping account. If the package is taken, yes reship or refund. We are reasonable, but if product is lost on account of stupidity or negligence then no.

shipping globally is significantly more difficult and depending on where it is going specific details matter. i research all international shipments very thoroughly and make sure the appropriate forms are filed and package extremely stealthy. i also research where it is going. they can and will cross reference names with addresses, can detect if it is going to a vacant address, or if that person has no history at that specific address. pricing is also different depending on where it is going. i have successfully shipped to some of the hardest of places with no seizures, including Australia who is by far one of the most difficult places to ship to. in the event that there is an issue, i will give a 50% refund or partial reshipment. but i do require a certain level of cooperation and understanding that i am familiar with shipping internationally successfully, and it is not meant to be an intrusion on you or an insult to your knowledge, but let us combine our knowledge together and be open minded about certain methods used to ship to international countries. After all we have the same common goal to achieve and that is to successfully deliver the package with no issues or losses.
