I value my customers and their business greatly. I use the most current OPSEC methods and practices when packing, shipping, and communicating with my customers. I ask all customers to please always use PGP encryption when sending me any message whether that be your address (absolutely essential) or simply messaging me to say hi.

I value my own health as well as that of my customers and their families so I am fully vaccinated including an now a 4th COVID19 booster as well as being tested whenever my phone app tells me Ive been in the vicinity of someone who tested positive. I also take every needed precaution when packing and shipping orders such as wiping any and all surfaces down with 99% ISO alcohol, wearing multiple layers of gloves, etc.

I ship orders via the USPS Priority 3 Day only. I do not ship Overnight, Priority Express, FedEx, DHS, or any other method other than Priority 3 Day from the USPS.  The only exception to this rule is occasionally I do ship UPS 2 day AIR for a very specific OPSEC reason which I will not disclose but if your order is going to be shipped UPS I will inform you prior to shipping.

My refund/reship policy is 50% refund or 50% reship if tracking shows the package was not delivered.  Message me if you have any additional questions.
