Refund Policy

No refunds/reships will be issued if the tracking number shows delivered, if the package is RTS (due to buyer address error), or any other user faults. I am not responsible for stolen mail.
Make sure your address is safe and you are using a name that matches the rest of the mail coming to that address.

I will issue a partial reship if the package does not update for 7 days (50%).
I will offer a full reship if I made an error that caused the package to not be delivered.

Refunds will only be given if I am out of the product that the buyer ordered.

There is almost no reason to dispute an order with me though. If there is an actual issue, I will always fix it! If you, for some reason, are not happy with my fix, then you are free to dispute it.
But disputing an order without sending me a personal message so that I can try and fix it will result in being banned from my store.
