All orders are STEALTH WRAPPED (+Vacuum sealed acetone wiped). Tracking information given upon delays only. This is WHAT WE DO and have been shipping for years without incident. Before you leave a bad review, please give us a chance to resolve the issue and make it right! We take care to properly pack your product so that it will arrive safe and sound; and without any suspicious packaging. Please reach out if you do not receive your product within time alotted as the mail is known to miss scan in or have delays. That being said, our primary responsibility ends when we ship the product with the correct address (copied and pasted from the order). In case it is intercepted we will provide 100% return on the product as we would take full responsibility!! If shipment is lost into a black hole, then we will credit 50% as we both lost something and sometimes the mail screws everyone. Once package shows arrived at the address we are absolved of any liability as we do not control your drop location. Trust those terms are fair and we look forward to serving you!
