==LINEAGE/DESCRIPTION== 

DroBros is proud to introduce its renowned Mandarin Cookies strain. This is one of our most popular flower strains! This mostly HYBRID strain is when you take a "Girl Scout Cookies" and introduce it with "Mandarin Sunset", and thus you get, Mandarin Cookies. She shares a very prominent lineage with strains such as "F1 Durban", "Cherry Pie KUsh", and "Durban Poison". So come take a puff of this uplifting/euphoric hybrid as you watch your creative emerge in a sudden puff.

-Smell: the Mandarin Cookies terpene profile consists of: Limonene, Caryophyllene, and Humulene as its dominant terps. This provides the bud with the aroma of fresh oranges with herbaceous notes of kush.

-Taste: Very crisp / sweet taste with hints of berry similar to its terpene aroma but more sweet.

-Burn: ALL of our flower is hand flushed with an organic rooting cleanse mixture providing our plants with an exceptionally smooth and clean smoke / hit.

==PROCESS== 

ALL of our flower has a very intricate and science based process that isn't your run of the mill flower product. We take a lot of pride in the time, research, and money put into each and every run. ALL of our plants are cultivated using ONLY with the highest grade of lights, nutrients, RO water, and equipment. We run every cycle and every room in a rockwool based medium using an automated irrigation system and dosatron nutrient delivery system. Our lighting is always measured using a umol/s photometer. We hand-trim all of our nugs and after the drying process we cure our flower in oxygen deprived containers for at least one month before sale. We have found this to significantly improved flavor, and aroma with our end product. Any and all questions regarding a deeper insight of our Growing/techniques are not only welcomed but also encouraged. We are not afraid to be transparent because it takes years of research and substantial money/equipment to master this craft. That being said, we would love to share any and all information regarding our products / service! 

==SHIPPING==

One of the MOST important factors in our business is quick and stealthy shipping. In-order to do this we will only allow 7 grams of bubble hash or less to have overnight shipping. There will be additional fees for the overnight option as well. For ALL other orders we use USPS Priority Standard (2-4 days). This is the safest and quickest way to get our valued customers their products.  We ship out NON-BULK packages out within 24 hours. Be sure to place your order by 12:00pm PST for us to get shipments out within 24hours. Sundays excluded. Saturdays have been extremely backed up due to the USPS closing early and understaffed so please take that into consideration as well.

== REFUND POLICY == 

We put a lot of value to our customers. We understand that things can happen to packages during these crazy times with the post office. Although we pride ourselves in the consistency we have there are still VERY rare occurences of lost packages (NEVER had any seized). We have implemented our own policy to assure you as well as us get an equal liability on our business. With that being said, first time customers will get a 100% refund on any package lost or seized. Any customer with 10+ completed transactions without incident will hold 100% refunds. Any customer with less than 10 completed sales after their first sale will get 50% refunds. If you are a reliable customer feel free to PGP message us and depending on the situation we can get you settled appropriately. We are here to serve YOU but we still need to look after proper business practice as well.

Refund Policy

We take absolute pride in our security, stealth, speed, and service. For us to uphold these values we make sure to be fair to our customers to give them the same security that we preach to uphold. 
We understand that packages can get lost and seized in our trade. 

So for EVERY customer the FIRST package that gets lost will be a 50% refund. If any other package thereafter gets lost, we will give a full 100% refund. The same policy holds for seized packages, 
first one is 50% refunded and then 100% refunded for every package thereafter. 

We do this because, A. we are VERY confident in our shipping and handling process. And B. we believe our customers should always come first and have the absolute most confidence in their trusted
vendor and products being shipped to them.
