Refund Policy
REFUNDS AND RESHIPS ARE COMPLETELY DISCRETIONARY. Building strong and lasting relationships with our customers is important to us. Sometimes things can go wrong and when this happens we encourage customers to contact us about it so we can aim to put things right. We have a 99% delivery success rate domestically and 98% internationally, so it is very unlikely that your order will go missing but problems due occur so we have a firm but fair refund/reship policy. We do aim for next day delivery (domestically) but if you have not received your order within 5 working days, message us and we will try our best to resolve the situation. When issuing a refund or reship we will take into account the country, time frame, conversations, user behaviour, and prior buying history in making a fair judgement. When issuing a reshipment, the order must be finalised before we mail out the parcel/letter. Reships are usually 75%. Refunds arranged will range between 30% to 60%. On some listings, we cannot provide a refund, only a reship and vice versa. Users with no buying stats are not eligible for reships or refunds, unless we can personally recollect their username on a previous site. The final decision in refund/reship will always be ours and we ask our customers to respect that and we will in turn bring you great products at affordable prices.
