Refund Policy

**PGP ENCRYPTION and ADDRESS DETAILS**
All address information MUST be sent using PGP encryption. Orders will not be accepted until we can decrypt your address information. Any address information sent un-encrypted will be regarded as a security risk and the order will be cancelled and the clients account will be BLACKLISTED.

Address must be provided in the following way:

**FEEDBACK**
Positive feedback is our lifeline. If there are any issues with your order or issues with shipping please contact us via PM so that we may improve our process. Negative feedback received with no communication or reason provided will result in a blacklist of account and address.

**ORDER ISSUES**
Please contact us via sending a Private Message for order issues or changes. We cannot fix issues that we are unaware of and will do everything in our power to rectify a negative situation caused by us.

Packages that can not be delivered and and are returned to sender due of address errors or the receiver not present to receive the package do NOT apply for a reship or refund! It is the buyers responsibility to provide a correct address and to be able to receive the package when it is delivered.

Package are only considered lost after 14 business days have past no reships or refunds will be given before this period has past.

**NOTICES**
We reserve the right to cancel an order for any reason. Any ordered cancelled will result in a 100% refund. As security is our #1 concern we will ship in the event that we deem the order 100% completely safe. 

Orders cannot have their shipping information changed after they have been sent. If a shipping change is necessary please contact us IMMEDIATELY so that we can attempt to change the shipping location before shipping out. Verification of shipping change via messaging will be required so that proof may be provided to Administrators in the event of a shipping issue taking place with the new address.

Shipping labels are non-refundable. In the event of a requested shipping change after a shipping label for an order has been printed will result in an additional shipping fee for the order.

In the rare event that an order is lost during shipping and the tracking information no longer updates we will provide you the following options...
- a 50% refund
- ship the order again to another address, we will not ship 2 times to a failed address.

If the tracking information shows that the package was delivered it is complete. Contact from a client informing us that the package has been opened by someone at the post office or that their package was stolen upon delivery or that the box is damaged and the contents have been removed will not be compensated. NO EXCEPTIONS. It is the clients responsibility to provide a safe shipping address.
