Refund Policy

All addresses must be in the correct format, If an address is found not to be in the correct format then no reship will be given. We will ship top parcel lockers but do not guarantee a delivery if addressed to
a parcel locker. Reason being is as per auspost policy if the item is not a parcel it may be delivered to the home address attached to that auspost account.

If you supply incorrect address, or use the incorrect format for your address, there will be 0% refund. If Auspost claims incorrect address there is no refund so please be very careful when providing your address. Also we can not guarantee deliveries to parcel lockers due to auspost policy where in some cases a regular envelope will not be delivered to them. We copy and paste your address so please take care and triple check the address before sending it through. Encrypt you message when providing your address otherwise you order will be cancelled.

POSTAGE AND HANDLING

We only ship within Australia. Items will be shipped same or next day at the latest after the order is recieved. We have 2 mailing options regular and express. Please be patient with the delivery times as Auspost has been very slow of late. Also, if the status of the order is SENT then the package has been sent, Tracking numbers will be provided only after 4 business days if express mailed due to OPSEC reasons. If you are concerned before those time lines please let me know and i will be more than happy to give you a status on your delivery
