Lost shipments: 50% refund or reship.
- If a shipment is truly lost, meaning it has just stopped updating in USPS tracking for around 5 days, we will do 50% refund or reship.

Seized shipments: 50% refund only.
- Seized shipments will ONLY receive 50% refund. No reship at all. Different address reship MAY be considered, but most likely not.
