Lemon Shortbread is a slightly Sativa dominant hybrid strain (55% Sativa / 45% Indica) created through crossing the powerful Lemon Skunk X SinMint Cookies strains. This is grown in soil in Northern California. The plants are cultivated in a greenhouse and the "Light Dep" method is used to control the plant's photo-period.  Compared to growing indoors, Light Dep has a much smaller environmental impact and generally is considered better quality than Cannabis grown outdoors.
