Delayed or Lost orders: If an order is lost then it is a 50/50 reship. Meaning we will reship half of what you ordered. If an order is delayed then all that can be done is to wait it out. for at least 5-7 business days. We can not reship just because the postal service is taking longer than expected to deliver your order. We will not receive payment until you finalize your order so we rely on the postal service to get your order to you quickly as well. Refunds: We do not offer any refunds for a order that has been shipped. We do reserve the right to cancel any order that has not already shipped. We do not offer refund for undeliverable packages due to the wrong/missing address or an order being returned to sender. If the tracking for the package shows delivered, we can not offer any refunds.
