Note 2: Some items can take a few days to arrive to our shipper, as a result, please be aware that not all orders are shipped same day. In most cases however, orders are indeed shipped within 1 to 2 business days from when we accept your order / market it shipped. 

In rare circumstances items can take 1week+ to arrive to our shipper, so if your order has not arrived in a reasonable timeframe it may just be we are waiting for the stock, if you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to send a message within your order details (this is the quickest way and quicker than sending us a message separately). Please note, support tickets are only if there are issues depositing / withdrawing etc, order / product enquiries should not be dealt with via the ticket system.

Note 4: Our success rate is around 95 percent Worlwide, so you can buy with confidence. Australia/NZ can be harder, USA is generally okay, but things can get seized occasionally. We are an FE Vendor, you know the risks,, we are not selling candy. If your order doesnt turn up / gets seized it is not our problem and we will not reship/refund, our margins are small and we do not build in reshipping/refunds into the price like other vendors.

Note 5: We sometimes get the occasional negative feedback. 99 percent of the time these are unwarranted. We are a long established Vendor (many years in the game, many thousands of orders processed). People get bitter if they dont receive their shit, we get that. But thats not on us, thats on the postal service and out of our control. If we do mark your order shipped / processed, then you can be assured we sent it, and it should arrive. But nothing is a guarantee. We certainly dont need to scam anyone for any amount of money, we wouldnt risk our reputation for that, we dont need to scam people when we make good enough money actually delivering the product. We dont understand the mindset of scammers, its not a long term mindset at all. You end up getting caught and you lose out long term. We are the same username, same pgp key. You can put your trust and confidence in us to deliver your product

Note 6: Sometimes things take a fucking age to arrive. We have seen products in the UK arrive after 2-4 weeks. We have seen items arrive Internationally in 5 months. Its a rarity but it does happen. So if your order is taking / has taken long, it may just be stuck in a cage somewhere in customs, with thousands of other packages, and it will probably arrive randomly at some point. If this is the case, write it off, order again, and youll probably get a surprise to see that missing pack arrive eventually.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is that only in exceptional circumstances we will offer a refund/reship, in most cases the answer will be no though.

The risk is always with the buyer, not us.

We cant control the postal system, and lets face it, we arent selling candy.

We make very minimal profit on items and as such we do not build in a refund/reship fee and this is why we are usually cheaper than other Vendors.

That said, almost all of our packs land.

We are one of the most legit vendors around. We earned our reputation for being honest and trustworthy. So if you order something, at least know that we will absolutely ship it, if we cannot ship it, we will refund you.

If we mark your order as processed / shipped, then it means your order will generally be shipped within 1-2 working days from that point. So expect your item to arrive after that as per the shipping ETAs below.

We DO NOT offer Tracked, Recorded or Special Delivery services - Please do not make requests for these types of postal service. This is an important factor to be aware of before making your order.

We have different items that are shipped from different places and shipping is based on the quantity of pills / items you order. So make sure you pay the shipping cost for the total amount of tablets / items in your order.
