Refund Policy
For new customers the refund policy is limited to 5 Grams for any of the ordered products! Speed orders are elegible for a refund if your order does not arrive within a reasonable timeframe or they are returned to the sender and you have used your real and existing address in correct format. Use fake addresses at your own risk. No refund and no reshipping when using anything other then your real address. Refund is up to 50% of the original price paid in Bitcoin to compensate for the loss. Alternatively you may choose to have your order reshipped (we will send your order again without any further cost). We reserve the right to handle every order individually. For large orders we may choose to split the order in parts (no extra shipping) and wait for your delivery confirmation upon sending further parts. Usually two shipments of 50% of the order.
