To make the most of Methylphenidate you can supplement with over-the-counter drugs like L-Tyrosine, L-Tryptophan, and Acetyl-L-Carnitine which are precursors for Norepinephrine (Noradrenaline), Serotonin, and Dopamine, also useful to take after a binge to help your brain reload faster. Can be found easily on Amazon UK for quite cheap, these supplements mentioned actually do work for this and aren.t bunk like a lot of supplements, but you can easily research this yourself!
