Refund Policy
We offer a full reship or a 50% refund in case of seizure or loss of parcel. Futhermore, for seized parcels, you need to send us a photo of the customs letter to verify that the name/address matches. We consider a parcel lost when it has been in transit for more than 20 working days (Europe) and 30 working days (outside EU). Working days do not include the weekend, only the days from Monday to Friday.
